*FLIGHTS – 5 return flights between London and city/ies involved should be provided. Flights outward should ideally,
be after 10am UK time, likewise flights homeward should be between 1-5pm local time.
ALL FLIGHTS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH ARTISTE REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE BOOKING and British Airways is
our preferred partner for their luggage allowances and flight variations. We prefer to fly from Stansted Airport.
Tour party will consist of Mrs Michelle Hendriks, Mr Philip Hendriks, Mr Richard Cook, Mr Richard Burrows,
Mr Rhys Thomas and these are the exact names to appear on flight tickets.
**ACCOMMODATION – this should be provided, if venue is over 100 miles drive, in 1 double room, 4 single rooms at a hotel / b & b within walking
distance of the venue. (We will NOT accept squats, student accommodation or people’s houses etc)
Accommodation should be clean, comfortable, based on bed and breakfast in en suite rooms and the following
information should be completed before signing and returning the contract.

*TRANSPORT – Transportation with driver should be provided for the tour party at no cost to the artistes between airports, hotels and venues. This should be large enough to comfortably accommodate 5 people as well as 10 pieces of luggage and be available for the duration of the bands stay in the country/ies on the schedule.
DRESSING ROOM **
The client will provide a clean well lit dressing room with mirrors for artists use. Client agrees to keep all unauthorised persons from entering the dressing room. Tour party will have laminates. If a dressing room is unavailable, there
should be a secure area for the band to relax and store their instruments, etc. and security should be provided for this.
Any loss of band personal items, promoter will be held accountable for payment.
CATERING **
The dressing room should be furnished with the following items:-
16 Cold Bottles of Lager
1 Cold Bottle of sparkling White Wine
Bottled Water for backstage and stage
5 Towels
Tea/Coffee facilities where possible.
MEAL REQUIREMENTS **
Tour party meals should be hot nutritious meals.
If in house catering is unavailable, takeaway food is acceptable but must be delivered to the tour party.
GUESTS **
Artist will be allowed 6 names on guest list with no deductions to fees.
PARKING*
The client should provide safe and close parking for artist transportation.
PRODUCTION **
The client agrees to provide good quality sound and light systems with necessary engineers for the duration of sound checks and performance.

If travelling by air:
Full backline should be provided consisting of 1 full guitar rig , bass rig and full drum kit with stool, all with sturdy
hardware and in good condition. Keyboard with midi capability (Please see technical rider for full details).
If travelling by ferry, we can, if required, ring our own backline but will still require PA, lights and engineers to be
supplied by the promoter.
